Q: Can I return products bought during a Sale?

Yes, sale items can be returned unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

Q: Where can I find product measurements?

All product measurements can be found on each product page under the ‘additional information’ block. If you have any additional questions about measurements, email us at info@kumori-collection.com .

Q: When should I not wear my jewellery?

It is advised against wearing our jewellery in water and during exercising (sweating), and to a avoid contact with products that contain alcohol, such as perfume.

Q: Who pays the Customs & Import Fees?

As we are still a very small company, any additional customs and import fees shall be for the customer to pay.

Q: What is the return procedure and period?

From the moment the delivery or pickup (track and trace) has been confirmed you have a total of 20 days to get in contact with us and request a return, as well as send the order or item in question back to us.

Q: When will a sold out item be restocked?

As a lot of our designs contain unique elements, such as beads, getting our hands on the same beads is not always possible. If an item receives enough requests to be recreated ( back in stock notifications or through social media) we will definitely be taking this into consideration.

Q: My received order is wrong / damaged, what now?

If anything is wrong with your received order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. If you send us an email at info@kumori-collection.com with the order # in your email’s subject, we’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 2-3 working days). Together with you, the customer, we’ll try our best to resolve the issue at hand!

Q: When will my order be delivered?

As most of our designs/items are made to order, we require some time to assemble everything. Usually we try to finish creating and assembling your orders within 1 working week. If under any circumstances the process of us sending your orders takes longer, we shall inform you directly. For shipping time estimations, see the shipping information page.
