As most of our designs/items are made to order, we require some time to assemble everything. Usually we try to finish creating and assembling your orders within 1 working week. If under any circumstances the process of us sending your orders takes longer, we shall inform you directly.

If anything is wrong with your received order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. If you send us an email at info@kumori-collection.com with the order # in your email’s subject, we’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 2-3 working days). Together with you, the customer, we’ll try our best to resolve the issue at hand!
As a lot of our designs contain unique elements, such as beads, getting our hands on the same beads is not always possible. If an item receives enough requests to be recreated ( back in stock notifications or through social media) we will definitely be taking this into consideration.
From the moment the delivery or pickup (track and trace) has been confirmed you have a total of 20 days to get in contact with us and request a return, as well as send the order or item in question back to us.
As we are still a very small company, any additional customs and import fees shall be for the customer to pay.
It is advised against wearing our jewellery in water and during exercising (sweating), and to a avoid contact with products that contain alcohol, such as perfume.

Yes, sale items can be returned unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
