Dispatch times

Regular orders are currently dispatched within 7 working days.
Orders are created upon purchase and packed 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out price.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Kumori Collection is not responsible for these charges, they are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your government’s website for possible charges.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Kumori Collection is not responsible for any delays or losses that occurred during shipment.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

If you refuse a delivery, you’re responsible for:
– Original shipping charges
– Return postage costs to Kumori Collection.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won’t be refunded.
